I use a few products from the line and I'm curious how others feel about the line. She has a shampoo that is sulfate-free, which I have just used once but like. I also use the nourish and shine for braiding my hair and the scalp serum. I don't see her products listed on many peoples reggies like some staples, so I was just wondering...am I alone? :look:

I would like to try products in her line but they're kind of pricey, I'm waiting for a sale.

I have not used the entire line, but I am quite fond of most of the products I have used.

Condition and Sculpt: Not fond of it. It's like liquid gel. I love the results, but I don't like the crunchy feeling.

Nourish and Shine: I love it because it really does nourish the hair and make it shine. I get it for $14.99, but it is well worth the $22 price tag.

Revitalizing Leave-In: A nice, light moisturizing leave-in. I usually keep a bottle of it around.

Hair Nourishing Cream: Light, creamy, and moisturizing; a little goes a long way. I usually keep a tube of this around as well.

There was a time this line was very popular on here. I haven't used it before but I'm sure it would come up a lot in searches on old threads

Well...I'm relaxed...but she markets her products to people with relaxed hair, too.

Condition & Sculpt - hated it. It may be better for natural curlies.
Scalp Oil (Scalp Nourishing Serum $14.00 for 1oz)- way overriced, no "tingle" to it, and I hated the smell. Most of her products have that same citrus smell, so those two are the only ones I've tried. People used to go gaga over Nourish & Shine.

I love the styling products. I currently use the Curl Defining Cream, Leave-in, Nourish and Shine, Nourishing Scalp Treatment, and Shine Serum.

The Nourish & Shine has been in my arsenal for years. I used on hair and body (makes my feet and my tushy soft and scented).
I just love love love the scent and how it makes my hair look and feel.
I've tried the serum and conditioning mist, but the Nourish & Shine is my favorite. I've gone through at least 8-9 jars.

i hated the condtion and sculpt....it actually made my natural hair frizzier. hair cream is good though....its a little pricey and i have found other things that are cheaper. i think the nourish and shine would be a great value though cause a little would go along way.

I love the Revitalizing Leave In.

Also Wrap and Roll is good too. Provides hold without making your hair feel crunchy. I used it all the time when my hair was shorter...

There are more affordable alternatives to her products. I'm sorry I can't see myself paying that much money for some butter

I use the Revitalizing Leave-In daily. Like the other ladies stated, it's light and doesn't have a strong scent.

Compared to Miss Jessies, curls, kinky curly, and all the other high priced products most of her stuff ie the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in are reasonably priced.
I haven't used them but at one point I was eyeing the leave in conditioner.
I do think the price has a lot to do with you not seeing it in a lot of reggies.
Even for many of the balling pj's in the end want something reasonably priced for their frequent reggie usage or staples.

I was thinking the same thing. For a past phyto junkie, I don't see her products as being over priced AT ALL but I am washing/cowashing my hair a lot more often now that I am transitioning so if I don't LOVE her shampoo and conditioner, I will be seeking alternatives. :shopping:

Almost the whole line is half off at meijer stores in my area, plus they are super cheap @ t.j. Maxx. I bought the hair serum, but will be returning it. It did absolutely nothing positive for my hair.

I really like the revitalizing leave-in conditioner. It was my go to leave-in, before I started using the kimmaytube recipe -- which works better for me.

I tried the Condition and Sculpt which I didn't care for. I mixed it with some AVG to make it a little more moisturizing but eventually ended up tossing it. I do want to try the Nourish and shine since I have heard wonderful things about it but waiting to find it at a lower price.

Thanks for the heads up about TJMaxx. I will check to see if I can find her products there.

I love the Revitalizing Leave In.

I almost bought the Wrap and Roll but could not cheat on Nairobi foam wrap it's been too good to my hair.

I bough the condition and sculpt made my hair hard and dry feeling. So I'm hestitant to try any thing else in her line.

I love the Nourish and Shine. It keeps my twists fresh for the entire week. I like the shampoo and conditioner, but I don't use them on a regular basis anymore. I prefer HE LTR to her leave-in, which is very watery. Overall, I am satisfied with her products and would recommend them to others. As others have stated, you can find them discounted at other places vs. ordering directly from her website.

I definitely like the line and have a few of her items that I haven't run out of yet. I recently bought the curl defining cream. Works well with my hair.

Generally though as others have said, the line is a bit pricey. Yes it may be cheaper than Miss Jessie's but I don't buy that either.

I like her products but the price point for those small bottles kills me. :nono:

The Nourish and Shine is a staple for me though. I've repurchased several times and purchased one for SO. That was the only way to keep him out of mine. :look:
