Have any of you guys had growth and/ or strengthen with your nails and hair drinking this stuff? Also, did your skin have positive affects with it too? It states it has 91 mg of silica in it. I was wondering if I may switch to this instead of taking supplements.

I just drink Fiji water because it is the best-tasting water to me. I drink a ton of water, though...due to the price, I don't drink Fiji water consistently enough to tell a difference.

Lol I drink Fiji water. It's the only water I drink. Water is good for you in general so you should definitely drink some. Just drink what tastes good to you. I drink it because it's the best tasting water to me and as a person who used to hate drinking water, this is the only water I really like to drink. I know it has minerals because it isn't pulled from a faucet so thats good. As far as getting growth and better skin just because I drink Fiji water, I don't really know. It tastes good and that's pretty much all that matters to me.

I've tried it before to see what's it all about, but it tasted just like water to me,:look: so for the price they charge for it, I drink most any other brand of filtered water.

Personally, I would get a reverse osmosis system set up before I would spend years drinking this from the bottle because I cook and bathe with filtered water also.

When I tried it it tasted like it has dirt or something in it. So it might work but it is too expensive for me to spend on water.

I love. It's the best tasting H2o on the market just $$$$$. But I guess it's worth it if it's good tasting and have growth nutrients.

I love Fiji water. But I definitely don't think it will have any impact on hair growth. I drink it because it does taste great and I try to live a healthy lifestyle.

I LOVE Fiji water. Best tasting water there is. I drink a big bottle a day but I also drink water thats hooked up to my fridge. I take the Fiji when I go out. I don't know if it helps growth but it sure is tasty!

I can't stand the taste of Fiji water for some reason. I strive to drink a gallon of H2O every single day, but I can't bring myself to buy it due to the price and the fact that it just tastes off to me.

You could maybe buy a water filter :)

The human rights violations in order to get a bottle of water (such as Fiji) are pretty egregious.

I drank Fiji water on a semi-regular basis. I then upgraded to silica gel because it was more concentrated and lasted longer. Now I'm doing bamboo tea. It's very cost effective and comes from bamboo leaves which has more silica than horsetail. Since incorporating silica into my regimen, my nails are longer/stronger and my new growth seems healthier.

I have had Fiji water years ago, and it tastes great but is too expensive IMO for a bottle. Also, these days it is difficult to tell where water comes from, and I'd rather just buy a Pur water filter and call it a day. I don't think their water is anymore special to help with hair growth than most water on the market today.

I don't like the taste of Smart Water by Glaceau (due to the sodium bicarb they add), and typically I just drink Nestle Pure Life if it's bottled, or maybe Aquafina (tastes pretty pure). Dasani if that is all that's available. I drink mostly filtered tap water. I also will buy Crystal Geyser water, available at most Dollar Stores and it is cheap and good.

Tooth decay among adults is at an all-time high due to all this bottled water drinking, and that is because bottled water does not contain beneficial flouride. Filtered tap is better if you are concerned about your teeth...which I am. :look:

Unless you live in an area where tap is contaminated, or unavailable, bottled water is not best. Bisphenol A in the plastic bottles is a real concern. So far, I have NOT noted a major manufacturer of bottled water to use plastic bottles without Bisphenol A.

I was faithful to Evian water until I discover Fiji years ago. These are the only two bottled waters that get my thumb up in term of taste. But I never noticed it made any change in hair/nails.

fiji tastes like a boiled egg sprinkled with copper to me. i gagged trying to finish that expensive behind bottle of water.

Drinking fluoride is not beneficial for your teeth. You're better off brushing with toothpaste with fluoride, not taking it it internally.

I don't have a direct source, but my guess is tooth decay is at an all-time high due to the increase of sugars in our diets. Sugar and HFCS is in everything people consume on a daily basis...

You're right though, filtered tap water is better than sucking down water housed in Bisphenol A contaminated bottles.
