Straightened my hair last night and other shenanigans *pitcha heavy in the streets*

Haha Jeezy reference in my title.
So I straightened my hair last night.
-washed with matrix hydrating poo
-dc with silk elements megasilk and a bit of honey
-partial dry in braids, then blowout on low heat with just some argan oil
-flatiron with my friend's conair infiniti (waiting on some $$ to cop that croc 2 for myself, son)

ok, whew that's it.
i'm making slow but steady progress, so that's good. I had a setback in the summer. when I took out those yarn braids, I used somebody's blazing hot flatiron at camp and used NO HEAT PROTECTANT. so of course i got heat damage, and of course i chopped it off right away. maybe 1-2 in. in some places. ah well, such is life.
I want to make APL already, dangit. can't keep my damn hands outta my head. i love styling but my fine hair don't want all that manipulation. so i'll probably be weaving it up (waiting on purchasing some kinky straight...ima work some extra hours first) around October and leave it till December.

alrite that's it! lemme get off to church now-I'm SDA. a backsliding, jewelry wearing, nose piercing, late churchgoing one, but SDA nonetheless.
