Ever found things in your hair?

I mostly find cat hair in my fro. Sometimes the feathers from my pillows will get caught in it. I'll stumble upon bobby pins and clips days later but thank you jebuz I've never found anything dead or alive.

Hair pins

Cat hair :barf:

chipped nail polish

I'm always afraid that a bug will get stuck in it but that has yet to happen and I hope it stays that way because I would just bout die:nono: ....

This made me shudder at the image. I don't freak out much at bugs, reptiles and the like. Just seeing a caterpillar near me or crawling on my shoe would have been okay. But a wriggly caterpillar coming out of my hair, I would have screamed bloody murder. :perplexed

Trust me I was SCREAMING and waving my hands and JUMPED UP off the couch. My skin crawled thinking of a live bug in my hair. UGH. I hope I never find something like that again.

I have found bugs in my fro, leaves, and string. I just thought it was a part of being natural.:lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen:

Had a few of those tiny bigs that are attracted to light fly out of my hair like it was nothing. Lol I hate those things!

Yes, nothing exciting like the rest of you. Some of these post have me dying. Mostly just lint and other small debris. Even when I rinse my hair I will still find these little white balls in my hair at the end of the day. I hate it!

Leaves... Lint... a lil "made in china" sticker from a new WT comb (guess folks thought I had a weave that day lol)... An earring... A hangnail (ew)... Long lost Bobby or hair pins that I didn't even remember putting in...

ETA: Also a dog :look: I fell asleep on the couch one day without a silk bonnet & my lil dog fell asleep on my hair. I woke up paralyzed b/c I didn't want to move and rip my hair from under him. I had to yell to wake him up. He wasn't allowed on my furniture for weeks after that

Sent from my iPhone. It does EVERYTHING  ...except make calls :ohwell:

I did a search regarding my lint problem and found this gem of a thread. I find my hair collects a lot of lint for some reason. I also found a bug once, but I had just walked under a tree and sorta felt like something might've dropped in my head so I checked when I got to a bathroom. Rinsed that bugger right down the drain.

Thanks for the thread. This might make my hair grow longer. I have an intense fear of all bugs, ants and butterflies included. Finding a bug in my hair would cause me to shave my hair off. I was going to wear a lot of wng's and twist outs this summer. However, as another posted, I will be doing some serious protective styling.

The protective plastic piece that goes around your ear from my sunglasses and.......a TICK! when we lived in NY there was a wooded area at the end of our block. I would walk the dog there and always checked her fur before we went in the house. My hubby and I were laying down watching tv, and he saw it crawl out of my hair. He yelled some expletives, I screamed the dog barked!!!!!
That night he made me sleep in the guest room. He said he was "very disturbed"!!!!!!! :)

Little buggies. Especially on windy/pleasant days on campus. There are a lot of trees and when the weather is nice there are TONS of little tan colored...flies? IDK, I just know that they aren't gnats lol. You can see them being blown about by the breeze. When I get in from class the first thing I do is check my shirt and my hair for bugs :S I thought I was the only one lol.

I lost my 3D glasses in my hair last night... I was looking around, and couldn't find them, when my Hubby pointed out that they were in my hair.:look:

At the beginning of my hair journey I was stretching for like 4 months(not really on purpose, I just couldn't find a stylist so I became a diy), and one morning I woke up, decided to wash my hair, started detangling, and there was a dead spider hidden in my new growth.:hot:

Ladybugs seem to love the curls. I hate when it's that time in Spring when they're mating. The puff is like a magnet.
