What is my hair type?

Yeah I always thought I was like 3b but then I asked my blogger mommy friends and they told me 3c/4a so then I got confused and decided to ask here because I trust ya'll not knocking them but I needed a second opinion I guess.

4a??? I remember searching google images for hair types before I came here and thats like the worst thing to do! lmao. I remember typing in type 2 or something and an afro came up. Glad I didn't trust google images....lmao. You tube wasn't much help either. I looked in the threads here where you put your picture in it....it has different types 3a 3a/3b 3c...ect. It was helpful but I still like to ask personally. Maybe on day I'll get up the nerve...I just want to know for curiosity....but im pretty sure im type 3.

I'd say type 3 too. Your hair looks similiar to mine when it was that length. My curls have changed so much now from length and weight, but def. type 3 I see a little bit of a and b.

I was going to say the exact same thing. My hair looked a lot like yours at that stage. The first picture with you in a ponytail is how most of my head looks now. I have more waves than curls now. I was kicked out of the 3c thread as my hair wasn't deemed curly enough.

Aww! Yea the curls are waving with length. I still have 39 by my ears and nape but even those are changing. I figure by the time I get to WL unstretched my strands will be straight!

Don't know much about the 3 types but I would def say that you've in that category be it a, b or c your hair is gorgeous!
