Quick Coil Method for TWA's

Anyone use this method to to get "finger coils" to their twa's? I saw this today and left an *** for wasting all that time I spent doing individual strands when I could have just done this

That is an old school method for coils. However I must add, I am kind of skeptical about doing that on wet hair because you shouldn't brush your hair while it is wet because it is damaging to the hair. But that is just me.

Well from how I am seeing things from many post and YT videos, Its as if people are doing all kinds of stuff to give the illusion of curls/coils. Heaven forbid if you have kinks.

i think its more about styling and having different styling options not everyone wants to wear their hair the same exact way everyday for the rest of there life. I also think a lot of y-tubers like to give options just to keep there channel active just my pov.

op- i like it seems simple enough in the original video the lady uses flax seed gel but her video quality is not good and i couldnt tell if it looked better or not. by the way you now have me searching to see if this could be done on hair thats a bit longer i a bit past a twa myelf. i might give this a try just to see if i could pull it off.

In regards to myself I just want something different to do to my hair. Don't have many options when you're at this length and get bored.

As far as the video since I've never seen anyone actually doing this before I was curious to see who has.

If I had known about this when I had a twa I would have tried it. I would have preferred this to wearing a wig. I like it. I think it would have given me more options.

When I had my TWA, that method did not work for me. Her hair is really gorgeous, though.

Are people not allowed to style their hair this wy? What's the difference in this tutorial versus braidouts etc?

I wonder how long this method lasts. I didn't watch the whole vid so idk if she mentioned it or not. I finger coiled my hair when I had a twa and could keep that style for a couple weeks. It withstood co washing & everything.
