erplexed. The hood cracked, and part of the lip came off and something else is disconnected. Needless to say, I'm on my way to eBay to see what I can find. It was a great 2 + years.

I feel your pain. I remember coming home to find my hooded dryer in pieces. I wanted to cry. My mother said she knocked it over by mistake. I immediately brought a new one. Hope you have more luck with the new steamer.

I knew I could depend on ya'll to understand. My wonderful hubby told me to go ahead and get another one. They have 1 on ebay for $88, brand new w/a year warranty and free shipping.
I got the one I just broke, from ebay. The seller was called Salon something or other.

The one from salons our us or bcl I think they changed their name. It's in pieces I am going to see if my handyman can fix it.
