Wow, I seriously need to get out more. I had NO idea that was a wig!

And the worst part is, I just knew there was a "catch" so I looked and looked for "something" but I did not see anything out of the ordinary.

My first thoughts were: Very pretty girl and nice flat-iron job.

The color of the "scalp" and the fact that hair is combed over the hairline.

I'm a newbie and I've never worn a wig, but my first thoughts were "she's pretty" "is that a sew-in?" "maybe it's her hair" "I think it's a sew-in". Wig never crossed my mind lol

The part and the hairline (lack of baby hair, I think) is what made me think it was a sew-in.

My first reaction was "What is wrong?" because why else would you be asking this question?lol I seriously didn't think it was a wig until you said it. I thought your hair just looked freshly relaxed or flat ironed. Looks really natural to me.

i'm a lace wig girl myself; been wearing them for several years so the first few pics you posted made my lace wig senses tingle

It's an obvious lacefront/closure. It's not a bad lacefront though, but a knowing eye can always tell . I hate hate hate HATE the "perfect part" look. Like who's real hair goes from forehead to scalp with no fine/baby hairs and straight into a perfect swoop style with no sides exposed .

With that said, I like behind the hairline applications. So I like those set of pictures the best.

I knew it was a Lace Front but it looks nice for a BSS LF. I have quite a few of those and you can pull as suggested some of your own out. I think the BSS LF look better with wear.

I think it's definitely. I personally don't care if people know I am wearing a wig. As long as it looks nice I am good. I think it looks realistic on your. As others have said your very pretty

It's a nice, decent LF. I didn't catch it until the 3 pic though. I would rock it. I wear half wigs, I haven't tried a LF yet though.

When I see hair like this, I think it looks "wiggy" but yours look pretty good compared to others I've seen. It's something about that part on top that gives it away from someone thinking it's your real hair. Just not sure how to describe why.

Girl, you're in Philly, this is home of the bad weave/wig/lace front . Lace fronts come with "scalps". The scalps are often too perfect and are a dead giveaway.

I'm liking some of the advice here because I have a LF that I plan on tweaking and I don't plan on using adhesives at all.
