Have you tried the conditioner? Does it help reduce your hair loss or shed? Is it drying?

I use the cleanser and scalp therapy. I used the conditioner in conjunction with Kera care conditioner. The scalp therapy i used on the scalp itself (it tingle feels good) and kera care on my ends.

Within three months i noticed my hair getting thicker 1st then came the length. hth

eyunka Thats exactly what i want to do. Nioxin on the scalp and another conditioner on the hair. Were you experiencing hair loss (shedding not breakage) and did the conditioner reduce it?

No i wasn't but i thought if this product is used to help with hair growth why not use it. My hair has never been this thick before. Its not as thick as most of the ladies on this board but i have noticed a difference and pretty happy with it.

my stylist at JCpenney was talking to me about the system 8, I previously brought poo and cond for system 3 and she told me 8 is better for AA hair. I stopped using the system 3 due to dryness and my hair did not seem moisturized. I never thought about applying it to the scalp only

eyunka Ok sounds good. Glad it you've found something to help you in your journey. I may try I'm just testing different waters. Matter of fact I will try in the near future.

mzsophisticated26 Yeah let me know if you do try it. I said scalp only because I know its a system for hair loss which happens internally and at the scalp level, not on the hair length. So you really need to concentrate it on the scalp. Plus I've heard some of the formulas were drying, much like you said, so keeping it off the hair is a must in those cases. I hear system 8 is not as drying.

Let me know if you try it. I plan on doing the same.
