Welcome aboard. To add pics, I use photobucket as an online photo album source. When I'm writing a post here at LHCF, I will click the icon "insert image" and copy in the photobucket direct link tag and the picture is then included within my posting.

Hey thanks my regiment it just all over the place as of now. Normally when my hair is in braids or twist I will wash once to three times a week with my trader joe shampoo and condish. Then deep condition with triple moisture add honey, coconut oil, and EVOO. Then I will add cantue shea butter. Now as of lately I have been using unrefined shea butter.
