Hey thanks my regiment it just all over the place as of now. Normally when my hair is in braids or twist I will wash once to three times a week with my trader joe shampoo and condish. Then deep condition with triple moisture add honey, coconut oil, and EVOO. Then I will add cantue shea butter. Now as of lately I have been using unrefined shea butter.:yep:
