Vintage Creme of Nature comeback?????

This is what I just got from consumer services...I'm not sure if I'm happy or not...I'm going to need to see the ingredients to see how well it matches up with the old formula. I do like that it does not have sulfates though.

Hummmm, I figured it wouldn't be the same exact formula as before. I'm glad the new formula will be sulfate free but does that mean it will be moisturizing? It could be sulfate free and still be harsh. It makes sense that they will bring in the new poo to accomodate their new Argan oil line. BTW- I didn't like their Argan oil conditioner at all :perplexed. *Hopefully* the new poo will be sulfate free, moisturizing, and doesn't have the build up that sometimes occured when using the old CON shampoo.

I figured they would add Argan oil or something "trendy" to the formula...but I need it to not stray from the original too much....hopefully they compared them and tried to mimic it as best as possible. 'Cause when companies come out with "new and improved" formulas it has the potential to be a disaster.

So I guess they didn't hear us huh? I want the ORIGINAL formula WITHOUT the added fluff. I don't care if it's argan oil.

Seriously....I'm talking circa 198? as in waaayyy back. Stop playin!

Yep... they made it trendy to fit in with their new line. I do hope they didn't stray too much from the original formula.

Can someone give me their opinion on the one in the red bottle? I might breakdown and buy the gallon size at Texas Beauty...

In all honesty, I thought this Cream of Nature hype was just that...HYPE. But, I'm sold! the Shampoo cleaned my hair and it was detangled (partially). It's a keeper. As a permie, I used KeraCare Humecto and loved it. As a natural, I have not found anything i like that's sulfate free...except this.

Now, while rinsing, it does have a slight film. But, I just ranshed (rinsed) a little more.

That's true. I tried some elasta qp sulfate free shampoo and I didn't like it. I will give this new CON poo a try though.

why wont they just make two bottles. One with the old formula and then the new one with Argan oil. I dont think the new one with Argan oil is gonna be like the old formula..aahh well.

I'm not even a fan of con green but I'm excited for y'all  I keep coming in here and checking for *updates* lol Bringing back an old formula? that like almost never happens.

I hope it's really the original fairy dust too, no bells whistles or new twists.

I'm not excited about no dang argan oil shampoo, and I love pure argan oil. *** trendy, and just bring back what works!!

^^Hmm...maybe that wasn't the shampoo they were talking about. They have another detangling shampoo out right now, and they told me this one they are coming out with does not have sulfates. They said they're making the official announcement on March 24.

Oooh what did the bottle look like? Now I'm just confused, because Bronze had something else the other week too.

What's really good, CON?

Here is what was posted on facebook yesterday - We've hinted to several of you one-to-one that something is coming. We can't quite reveal it yet but we're taking you back to the old school with a new twist! Stay plugged in for more information.

So Im thinking what you saw was not the old school omeback.

i dont remember much...it was bright orange and slightly larger than the other bottles. it didnt say professional on it nor did it say "new". the bottle looked plain to me. i dont remember much about it. i dont use CON products so i cant say if that was there already or not.

I had a feeling this is what they were going to do.

I said as much in my FB comment. The Argain oil products have been a hit (I personally <3 them) and it didn't make sense that they did not have a shampoo for the line. However, I was REALLY hoping they would have brought back the original formula and added some argan oil to it. :ohwell:
