Anyone take flat iron to salon?

Ok so dont laugh but I love my flat iron and I wanted to know do you think it would be rude for me to take my flat iron to the salon with I get my relaxer?

Anyone take theirs?

I have never taken mine but I don't think it would be rude. Just call the stylist ahead of time to give them the heads up. That way if they do have a problem with it you will know before you get there.

I know people that bring everything to the salon, rollers, hair cond. treatments, shampoo, the whole nine yards... you are paying for a service so they shouldn't have a problem with that.
