EFA's are supposed to provide moisture and shine to your hair. If you take them internally it should take a few months before you can see results. They say if you have a deficiency in EFA's you hair will be dry, brittle, and dull.

Besides hair, EFA's are good for your heart, skin, and your brain. Helps to prevent depression.
