??? for ladies who put color rinses in their hair

Do you deep condition before or after u put the rinse in? What is the order of things when u do ur rinse? Please help I want to do my black rinse tonight..

Doesn't this cause ur color to be leSs dark since ur running it under water again to wash out the conditioner?

DC after the rinse. I also rinse my color with cold water because it tends to bleed less.

i use jazzing (or what ever its called) and it can leave you on the crunchy side with out the dc after lol

now that i think about it... i havent done a rinse since summer. i may need to get up on that again

Rinses can be drying sometimes so you'd DC after to replenish the moisture. I would also think that if you DC beforehand, your strands would be full of the conditioner it just soaked up so the rinse wouldn't deposit as deeply as it could...

I use them together, usually. They don't last very long for me though.

When I do a touch up I deep condition before my color. When I just refreshing my color I pre-poo then wash then color rinse with cool water.

After my relaxer is rinsed and hair is washed w/neutralizing poo...the color penetrates better since the cuticles are open. Sit under dryer for 15 mins, rinse and dc..the directions says not to dc first.
