Relaxed at 4 months w/ Syntonics **PICS**

Well, I'm no longer APL, but my hair looks ten times better . My cousin chopped off 1-2" off raggedy ends. I'm happy with my hair This was my first time relaxing with Syntonics and I love it! My hair is swinging and has tons of body... Now I just need to focus on maintaining the health and getting back to APL.

Thanks! The highlights are hard to care for... I'm trying to grow them out now!

Syntonics is a relaxer by the makers of Keracare. I think it's supposed to have oils and botanicals in it. And yes I made my shirt

Gurlll I know the feeling. I recently suffered my first official setback about two weeks ago
Let's just say it left me with a serious lesson learned, and a made up mind to invest in a Split-Ender.

D.Lisha... It's very frustrating, but I know that health is more important than length, so no point in holding on the raggedy and split ends.

blessedandlucky... That's just it. I wasn't exactly caring for them the right way. I am going to up my moisture and work on my protein/moisture balance a little more. I had been using Aphogee 2 min followed by ORS. I was told this was too much protein, so I will alternate between the 2 and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. I will also co-wash 1 time midweek.

I hope you guys are right about being APL in no time! I worked hard to get there and feel like I should have been WL by now!! Now that I have sorta figured out a regimen hopefully I'll have no more setbacks in 2011.
