How many of you ladies are currently using this product?

I'm thinking of buying it for better deep conditioning/oil treatment results

I like mine but I dont use it much since starting the steam challenge. It is great if you dont need to move around (corded). Also I notice that the top and sides get hotter than back but I just pile all my hair on top to make sure everything gets moisturized. I like my microwave heat cap if I need to do housework or such.

I was just looking at this on eBay last night. I'm thinking about buying one. They have one for $19.95!!

Your hair cut is sooooo cute!!

I've had mine since 2008 and it works well for me. As said befor I pile my hair to the top as the back doesn't get as hot.

I have always had this brand and just bought a new one. It's the only brand I will buy. I love it and the other one lasted for years!!

Is there a difference in using a heating cap vs a hooded dryer? I'm using a hooded dryer but have been looking at this. Thanks,

I like my heat cap. It is a lil bothersome that I have to pile my hair up but I know my hair would get way more tangled if I wasn't twisting it up. I've had mine for nearly a year now. Good product for a great price. I ordered mine from Amazon and when the first one was lost in the mail the supplier sent me another one free of charge no questions asked.

Eventually I will invest in a steamer but I'm happy with my heat cap and will buy another if this breaks.

I love it for DCing, protein and ayurveda tx's. I always use a plastic cap underneath it and sit for at least 1 hour. I also use it to DC hubby and my lil man. It's family friendly, LoL.

The heating cap is specifically for DC's and stuff like that. Dryer's offer a lot more space and more heat imo so you can also do rollersets etc. And of course you have a big price difference as well.

I only want heated pre-poos and DC's so this works for me and looking at the responses seems like I will buy this.

I have one and I like it. Like others have said the back doesn't get as hot as the top and sides. I just turn it around for awhile.

I just got this cap 2 weeks ago and it's the bomb! Last week, I deep conditioned overnight with conditioner (fell asleep with it in) and then washed, dried, moisturized and sealed my hair as usual. My hair felt really dry two days later. So I deep conditioned with the cap on Monday and again yesterday and my hair is soft like butter. Deep conditioning without heat doesn't do anything for me. This cap is so much easier to use than my hooded dryer. In fact, I may sell my dryer on craigslist.
