All pics are of twist outs.
I can't believe this is just in less than 3.5 months. Let me tell it, my hadn't grown much at all. I'm glad I took pics!
WOOT!
In other news, I kind of spoiled my relaxer free anniversary length check because I'm another 3.5 weeks out, but ah well!
Jig with me!
ETA: My Regimen - It's not on a set schedule. I pretty much listen to my hair.
I cowash mostly.
Deep condition when I feel like it.
Moisturize with water and seal with a light oil or shea butter mixture.
I use silicones - I use whatever works, but I'm leaning more towards CG Method.
I shampoo when I need to.
I have prepoo'd maybe three times since I've been natural.
My favorite conditioner is Tresemme Naturals Moisturizing condish.
I don't henna, color, or use heat...yet.
I've only had one tiny trim in the past 11 months.
I put in kinky twists when I get lazy and keep them in up to 3 weeks.
I finger detangle mostly, and use a wide tooth comb on occasion.
If I don't feel like/need to wash my hair but it looks a mess, I mist with water, seal and restyle.
On a typical wash day, I do this:
Cowash - Tresemme Naturals
Leave in - Giovanni Direct
Twist with shea butter mixture
Seal ends with a light oil
Unravel twists with coconut oil coated fingers.
Easy peasy.
