OK, I have been looking all over for this. I see quite a few sites that carry it but I am nervous about ordering from a site that I dont normally frequent.

Can someone tell me where they purchase this. I want to ensure I am purchasing from a site that is legit, to ensure I am getting the correct product.

I was going to Brighton Beauty Supply, but their customer service in store is so terrible. I dont want to spend my hard earned money there, not to mention the train ride out feels like I have left NYS LOL.

I wouldn't recommend the last place i bought it online from either (slow service, poor communications). That said, why not just pick some up at your local beauty supply? It is pretty commonly available and you can get immediate gratification :-).

I live in NYC and I am unable to find it anywhere (except for the store aforementioned). I have been to so many stores it is ridiculous

sidenote: I cant use Roux Porosity control because I am allergic to one of the ingredients

u really wanna use this product.
it tore my hair up when i used it. Well mine was a spray.

Yes I do, I want to use it when I do my Joico 17 min miracle. It is not a spray it is a creamy conditioner that has a ph of 2.5-3.5. It is similar to Roux porosity control.

ULTA carries Joico products and 4 or 5 times a year they have a sale on Joico as well.

I read in a thread a while back that Ulta does not carry the Cuticle sealer, something about it conflicting with their salon. Also, there isn't an Ulta in NYC.

Thanks anyway

try Amazon.com. I bought the 33 liter for $23 plus about $4 shipping. I'm not sure if it was a good deal or not but I shop with them all the time and I trust them.

MJ, after you mentioned this product to me, I've looked in a number of stores and also cannot find it. I've checked Trade Secret, Ulta and local BSS.

Thanks girl I really appreciate it.

I am still on the hunt. I called the Brighton Beach store and they want 35 plus tax. Getting there plus the cost will not be cost effective for me. I think I am going to go wit Amazon.

I just saw the generic Sally's brand tonight at Sally's if you are interested. It was like $8.

Okee dokee but will definitely drop you a PM if I find it.

Sallys only carries two Joico GVP products, the Deep reconstruct and the split end mender; the latter is the one I think you might be referring to.

Thanks anyway.

I bought mine from Ebay last year. I was temporarily going to school in GA and I received it quickly with no problems; however, I dont remember the seller's name :(

I know this thread is a couple of years old - but I'm bumping it anyway just in case someone is still looking for the sealer.

I just purchased the Joico Cuticle Sealer Professional 1Liter bottle at TJ Maxx for $7.00 in the clearance section.Another member posted in another thread that they found some at TJ's in May.

So if you are still looking - try TJ Maxx
