Just wondering. I haven't seen my own album in almost 5 months due to sheer paranoia

I use it with no probs. You just need a good anti virus program for your computer

Well I go there to look and comment but I don't upload pics from my labtop to them anymore since I got 2 virus..

I download pics from my labtop to yahoo and save to photos, then when I get to work I save the pics to the computer then upload from there......... Not taking anymore chances.

I was fearful as well, but I haven't had any problems at all. It does make me wonder whether or not I should find an alternate means of photo-sharing though.

I have never had problems with it. Not even when folks were claiming to. Norton 360/Internet Security is the way to go people!

Don't use Norton's - got other stuff but it keeps the junk off of my junk.

I strongly suggest others lock their junk down too, nice and tight.

I had problems before and after people stopped talking about it earlier this year. I downloaded mozilla firefox internet and open that just to view fotki stuff. I have no problem as long as I use firefox. Otherwise, I stay away from fotki in the internet explorer browser.

Anymore updates ladies? I miss my fotki. I just viewed my fotki from my I-Phone and I realized I hadn't updated in 8 months. June will be my 1 year bc and 2 years since last relaxer anniversary. I currently have Norton, maybe I should upgrade to the 360 one Nonie talked about.

I recently got two trojans on my computer at work after visiting fotki . One took my IT department several hours to remove.
I work for the Government and so say we have pretty good antivirus, spyware , etc.

I will not be visiting Fotki from a regular PC again. I can go to the sight using my Mac without any problems.

i never had an issue with fotki. i have avast and never saw a warning or anything. i use opera browser


i wish people would come back. fotki doesnt seem the same anymore...back in the day i could get like 5 views and 10 comments but now i get hundreds of views and no one comments

I use ad-blocking plug-ins with Firefox, Chrome and Safari and have never had problems visiting Fotki.

I've been using it. I paid for a three year subscription 1 year or so ago and even though I was paranoid for a while, I didn't want to waste my money. I haven't had any problems...

I wouldn't bet on it being safe I did get a virus from Fotki twice ( I just don't learn lol) Yes I did have virus protection I had McAfee which didn't help at all. I had to pay to get the viruses removed on my Dell ( because apparently virus removal isnt covered under warranty). I have been back but I have a Mac now I wouldn't have went back if I still had a windows based computer. I will never buy another windows based computer in my life I am Mac all the way

I don't want to come off as a jerk, but it's a laptop, not labtop.

I use Firefox and I have not had any problems with Fotki.

Four months later and I still don't have any problems. I use firefox too by the way. IE really does suck.
