Has anyone here noticed that the hair product line on the new KBB site is limited? I just went to the site and it is completely revamped but when you click on the shop now it is really basic and there are only 5 products available.

Stay on that same page and click on "Karen's Body Beautiful" underneath the "Product Lines" on the list to the left. It should take you to a page where it shows BATH(2), BODY(4), FACE(2), and HAIR(44) in the middle with pink letters. Just click on hair and you should see everything!

The service has gotten worse. Also, they have to modify the sales ads too much because it's not clear when it's emailed to her customers. I'm done with KBB.

I'm using Jane Carter's Nourish and Shine as a Butter replacement and Oyin's Hair Dew for the Hair milk!

I did not realize they changed the ingredients. Do you think that it is a change for the worse? Less natural? I know they bottles got smaller.

Yeah you can't sleep on customers in this economy, there's dozens of "natural" hair companies out there, just cause she's done good in the past doesn't mean she can rest on that, she needs to keep on bringing it.
