Sorry for your loss babe... I pray for your quick rebound!!! It is pretty common to hear of breaking out due to biotin.. I did years ago before I heard about adding b complex and vitamin c... Be encouraged!!
 
i don't think the doses are that high. Apparently, i must have needed them. I was already taking a vitamin supp that had only 200 mcg. My hair, nails and skin didn't even notice it.

Once the doses were increased gradually, that's when i noticed a difference. Some of our physical genetic needs are different than others. Some folks can easily get by on low doses of biotin.

But with my extremely active lifestyle, and med-to-strict dieting, the Andrew Lessman doses are just fine.

Plus, that which the body doesn't need will be excreted through the integumentary system or the urologic system. (sweat or urine)

If you have break outs from the biotin - increase your bcomplex dosage that's what i've learned.

and it works. i'm up to 15,000 mcg per day.



Just don't forget to drink LOTS of water..
 
Mine Came Yesterday.....Did anyone else get theirs? It will be awhile before I start on them.

I want to finish up my bottle of Country Line first.:yep:
 
Got mine yesterday. Will probably start taking them Monday. used to take them about 2 years ago but stopped cause I felt I was paying to much for them...well i havent had another vitamin work as good as Lessmans so I'm back again..
 
Got mine yesterday! With the ones I already had, I now have a years supply. I think I'll use my 20% off coupon to buy his Omega 3's and garlic in August. Anyone taking these?
 
I ordered mine Sunday, got them Thursday. I guess I will start Monday. I also bought NatureMade B Complex with Vitamin C from Target yesterday to counteract the acne I usually get from Biotin.
 
Right now I'm only going to take 1 a day. I hope I see some more results added to my current vitamin regime with nioxin and viviscal!
 
Hey ladies that purchased these in july 2010, any updates?? I am def seeing increased growth, and my skin is always glowing..any one else??

I'm seeing increased growth as well. My nails have always grown fast but it seems as if they are growing faster. Also my skin looks great. I started out taking one pill a day but I've been taking two a day for a few months now.

I have no complaints. I like the vitamins and I definitely feel it was worth the investment.
 
I've been taking 2 per day. He is suppose to come back on in January with another Special Introductory Price so I may re-up.
 
yay!!! Thats great to hear!!! I love them too.. I have been taking 2 a day all along.. I love it that they dont upset my tummy when taken on an empty stomach. Hey IdareT please keep us posted on the january sale.. Im reupping too, even tho I have the 600 count bottle...lol
 
I too bought the HSN on July and have been pretty good about taking them twice a day. I'm not 100% sure but I feel as if my growth has increased. My nails are hard as rocks (in a good way) and my skin looks good. I got the 600 count too and will definitely repurchase. I'm also taking his Essential 1 multi-vitamin and Omega-3's.

Yeah, that was a Great Purchase. That's what I got too.:grin:

I didn't think I'd like them because of the Size, but they're wonderful.

I take 2 after dinner or right before bed.:yep:
 
I'm still taking them too. I was taking only one a day but recently upped my dosage to 2 a day. I take his Essential 1 multivitamin also. My hair and nails are growing rapidly... or much more rapidly than they were before. I've been getting more compliments for the past few months of how good my hair and skin look.

I plan on buying the larger count next time instead of the 1 month supply.

How do you like his Omega-3's? I just purchased them 2 weeks ago and have been taking them with the Essential 1 and HSN. I havent had any side effects or experiences thus far so hopefully they continue to work for me.

So far I like them but to be honest I've never taken Omega 3 supplements before. I used to take cod liver oil a long time ago.

What does the Omega-3 do for you?

I'm already taking Nature Made B-complex, Origin garlic, and Nature Made multivitamin for women each night before bed.
