The more experienced ladies will respond but from what I know:
Aloe Vera Juice
Garlic
Coffee rinses

I used black tea rinses regularily for a couple months, I don't seem to need it anymore. However, I currently use Aloe vera juice in my scalp during my pre poo and daily as a moisturizer for my hair.

gn1g -- Be sure to dissolve the garlic if you use that method. I made the mistake of not dissolving it and oh boy, it was a pain to rinse out. My shedding did not stop completely, it slowed up some.

I use a mixture of saw palmetto tea mixed with garlic and a few drops of lemon grass oil, and this seems to be working really well for me.

I pop orderless garlic supplements
Also do black tea rinses every so-often just to keep the shedding in check :yep:
