Anyone ever been to the Ulta VIP Preview Night?

This is the second time I got one of these emails and I was wondering if anyone has ever been and how it was. The email says:

"You're invited to our VIP Preview Night...September 1 from 4pm-8pm... You'll be treated to over $135 in free products and services when you attend: Personalized Styling Lesson, Hand Treatment, Prestige Makeup Consultation, Redken gifts, and Other Special Salon Offers."

Just googled this. Seems to be for their Platinum members only, altho some seemed to use the info to get in without being a Platinum member.

See I google everything and didn't even think to google this. I found this link: http://slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=0&t=1996772. Seems like they weren't real impressed. I just don't want to face a crowd it its not worth it.
