I've been hearing about ceramides so I bought cold pressed hempseed oil and coconut oil

I got the hempseed oil last month and used it mixed with Aubrey Organics honey suckle conditioner and wheat germ oil for my pre-poo mix and my hair turned out soo soft this is def a keeper.. Also I paid $15 for my bottle from Vitamin shop and I think it was 16oz.. Vitacost.com has a 24 oz bottle for $10.07.. Flat shipping rate of $4.95 I will order from them next time..

I started to get some Bee Mine......i'm gonna get some Bioinfusion moisturizer from Walgreens to hold me over.

Which BM do you use? I'm using non-sulfur and the dh's is using sulfur. Not sure either of us is seeing a major growth spurt just yet. Perhaps we've not given it long enough. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks (I think).

Be mindful that what works for some won't work for all. Try it for a little longer and then make up your mind. I use it for about two weeks and got some growth mixed in with my summer spurt. I use the sulfur one.

I went to the bss and got aphogee keratin & green tea restructurizer but I also went online and ordered 16 oz of organic hempseed oil (I broke down and got it since all these wonderful threads about ceramides) and premier rehydrant spray (32 oz) since I'm getting a weave. Glycerin tends to irritate my scalp sometimes but I want to keep my hair moisturized.
