hey all

i live in nashville, tn, and we are known for our hard water. i've kinda tried to get used to it the past few years (going into my senior year), but i think the best way to deal with it would be to filter

however, in my dorms bathroom, the shower heads are these cemented to the wall bulky heads.

how would i go about filtering water that doesn't involve me bringing gallons of water into the bathroom with me (also, i don't have the money to be buying that much distilled water, i cowash often)

thank you so much

i currently have the creamy aloe by ors. i used it yesterday and it left my hair like straw. and it STILL didn't feel right after an overnight dc with silicon mix.

is this very drying?
I have some, but I am using the stronger version to remove the rest of these calcium and iron deposits. It is a mild, acidic chelator, so you have to follow up with protein and/or moisturizing conditioner. The company has great support and you can email them about anything.

Also, ceramides can help keep the cuticle layers closed, which will may help keep the deposits off.
