Help! Am I a true 3c? pic heavy

Hi ladies! I want to get your input on my hair type. I have always repped a 3c, but want to see what you guys think. This is nekkid hair freshly shampooed with nothing in it. Thx in advance!

I think you're a 3c . I'm a 3c as well and my hair is pretty much like yours except that its shorter so not as weighted and my curls don't hang like that too long after a wash. Part of me wants to say your hair has some 3b as well because your hair is more towards the wavy side but seeing how they curl at the ends brings me back to 3c lolol.

Maybe its a mixture !!

o shoot! you mean it needed to be dry? lol i thought it was supposed to be freshly washed with nothing in it. it's just towel dried, but the pics in the second set toward the end is dry.

Oh no....dry girl. Reason being is that the water stretches the curls out longer and the curl pattern isn't fully set until completely dry. My hair wet would be totally different that dry. It would look like it's in the 2's but far from it when dry.

Your hair actually looks similar to mine...you could be a 3b/c mixture.

Also, try not to manipulate it too much with the towel....i did in these pics and it made it very frizzy.

I agree that you need to post dry photos too. Your hair is similar to mine's when wet and I'm 3C/4A (3C in front/top and nape, 4A in the back). I definitely see 3C though but difficult to tell how it would change when dry.

I agree. My daughter's hair type is the same- 3b/c. **Either way, you both have beautiful/healthy hair.
