All survey results will be reported anonymously on the Hair Liberty website, but you are referring to the Personalized Regimen program which is a bit different. It will require that you share your photo on the website. It is completely up to you whether or not it's your face or just your hair. If you want to be cautious, you could participate in the personalized regimen program using a screen name and submitting "hair only" photos. That would be a way to contribute without putting too much personal info out there.
