Anyone else besides me not like the smell of WC? I love my AOHSR conditioner fragrance, but I think the AOWC conditioner gave me better results.

I don't like AOGPB conditioner smell but like the results. I never used AOWC or AOHSR though so I can't comment on the smell.

white camellia smells more like alcohol but it gives me wonderful curl defintion...the scent of this one is my least fave of the ao line. i regularly rotate btw jay, hsr, white camellia, and gbp.

I don't like the smell of any of the conditioners. However, I like the results, so I will just deal with it!

I don't like the smell, otherwise I would use it as a leave-in... but it gives me spectacular results when I dc with it, so I keep using it as a deep conditioner.

Yep, the smell is so so but I love the results so I'm gonna stick with it.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but would anyone mind typing out the real ingredients of the White Camelia Conditioenr? On my HSR bottle, it has some ingredients at the back and a lil plastic sticker on the side that tells you the *real deal* of what's inside (eg Cetyl Alcohol which isnt listed on the back or on the website). However, my White Cameila doesn't have this little truth telling plastic sticker and I have been dying to know exactly what makes the WC such an amazing conditioner.

Pwetty please anyone? :lick:

The WC smell does suck....but it works so good I just accept it. NOTHING melts my tangles away like WC

The White Camellia conditioner smells like floor cleaner, which isn't that bad when compared to the smell of the ORS replenishing pack mixed with aphogee essential oils. It smells like dead fish and oranges. Alone they smell great but together the stench is unbearable.

Here you go...

Coconut Fatty Acid Cream Base, Organic Aloe Vera, White Camellia Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Extracts of Fennel, Hops, Balm Mint, Mistletoe, Camomile and Yarrow, Organic Geranium Oil, Organic Rosemary Oil, Organic Sage Oil, Carrot Oil, Aubrey's Preservative (Citrus Seed Extract, Vitamins A, C, and E).

As for the original question, it smells fine to me. Most smells don't bother me, though, so I may not be the best person to answer.

:lick: I may have to try this one once I finish my bottle of AO Island Naturals...

I've only tried the hsr, wc, and gpb. I love what they do to my hair but hate the smell (I'm also not a fan of really floraly type scents). Its not bad enough for me to stop using them though. They dont stink but they are def not preferred. The only thing I've found that combat the smell is using them on dry hair as an overnight dc and then washing it out in the am. I get the benefits of the cons without the lingering smell.

AO WC, HSR and GPB smells don't bother me, but AO Island Naturals and the Green Tea Rinse have seriously strong smells.

Please help me. The smell of WC makes me very sick but it works well and I paid a lot of money for it. Is there anything I can do to make the smell go away? Some type of oil or fragrance I can purchase at the store? Please help, I like it but Gosh I just want to throw up... the smell intensifies when my hair dries.

The smell gave me the worst headache ever and since it wasn't that great of a DC for me, I gave it to my neighbor.

The smell doesn't bother me at all. I love :love2: that dang conditioner. I'm going to Whole Foods tomorrow to see if I can stock up on some more.

I will tell you what smell made me sick, that Afroveda Shea Amla. :barf:

Ok I LOVE the smell! It reminds me of a spa. I tried AO WC for the first time this morning & I loved it! I co washed and used it as a leave in. My hair is oh soo soft!

My order of WC just arrived today, cracked the seal open (before reading this thread) and thought wow, is this what this smells like? With all the hype associated with the results, I guess I falsely assumed it would smell delicious. I log onto LHCF and see this thread, oh what perfect timing. Nevertheless, I'm excited to try out my condish on my next wash

I hate the smell, but love this product. When I use it I slap a little HE Hello Hydration. The HE smell overpowers the AO WC.

Both WC and HSR smell like old lady. I have to use HE HH to cover the smell after i rinse out...
