Same as any other website. In Firefox, you click the star in the address bar. Internet Explorer and other browsers will have their own easy way.

There's a roundabout way to keep track of your favourite Fotki users if you have a Fotki - just click the add to friends bit in the sidebar where all the links are shown (when you're on someone else's page). You can then go to the 'about me' page of your own Fotki and see your links.
