Hey, I do not know if there is a thread on this already, I have checked but in case I have missed it please feel free to point me to it I need a blow dryer/ hair dryer that has worked well for you as I am going crazy finding one I have checked online but I am so confused so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Oh and please rate the hair dryer from 1 to 5 - 1 being the worst
P.S I have type 4b/ 4c natural hair
stay blessed

You can get one with the pik at the end from Argos or Paks in finsbury park. I have the one from Wahl. It's the only one I've ever had so I couldn't rate or compare it.

I had the T3 but it broke, I found out after that they tend to break, but when I did have it it was good. I have a cheapie one for now or I just dry naturally

I've recommended this one from Phillips/Tresseme before. It's an iconic one with a nice attachable comb that clicks into place that can move up and down. It makes it easier to blow your hair out.

I think the regular Wahl/afro pik type dryers are much harder to manoeuvre and I found myself bending my wrist in all kinds of odd positions because that comb stuck straight out. Plus, it was always falling off for me and some of it broke after a while.

^^ I've heard nothing but reviews ranging from the product being awful to mediocre with the babyliss version of that and this was from people with mainly type 3a and below hair. I don't think that would work on my natural hair but it may work for others.

I just started a thread asking the same question (i'm impatient ). So far 1 person who is 4a natural loves it :ohwell:

Bublin, its strange that the starightener is called a vidal sassoon , r u in the US? the call it the babyliss here, but its the same exact one that use in the video, its purple. it works and i will recommend it.

This is the one that I have - I love it.

My hair is natural and the pik attachement just glides through it. It's also very fast.

I did buy it in Boots 2 years ago for around £25.

Its called: Vidal Sassoon - 2000w AC Salon Ionic Hair Drying Kit

No i'm in the Uk. I know Babyliss do this but wanted to show a vid of it working so everyone knew what i meant. i write most of my posts on my phone so i am lazy to write a whole lot! Yes its odd that its by vs sasson. I think the voice over was an aussie accent.

Hi UK ladies,

I'm on the lookout for a new hair dryer and could use some recommendations. Preferably I'd want an ionic dryer with a comb attachment.

I saw a lady on youtube using a CHI turbo dryer with comb attachment which looked great but she was in the US so I'd be looking for something similar which can be used over here.

TIA
