Very cute! My favorite of all your creations! Your flat twisting skills blew me away!

Nice.....
Few questions:
How long did it take to do?
How long does it take to take it down?
Do you have problems taking down the small twists?
I'm a little scared to put my hair in tiny twists because I'm afraid I won't be able to get them out without problems.

Do you have problems taking down the small twists? Nope. I make sure not to blend the hair while I'm twisting. So it reamins 2 separate pieces of hair that I simply just pull apart.
I'm a little scared to put my hair in tiny twists because I'm afraid I won't be able to get them out without problems. My twists actually aren't that small. The parts were atleast 3/4th of an inch thick. That shouldn't be problematic. If you keep them into too long I can see matting might occur, but my hair is easily detangled with overnight DCing

Actually, I will be copying this style for work next week. Thanks for the idea ! BTW your hair is amazing.

I already commented on the vid, but I'll comment here too! Fabulous as usual! I love this style, just wish I knew how to flat twist w/o it looking a H.A.M. :)

Keep the tutorials a'coming!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS! Looks like you went to a salon...checked out the vid....you've got serious skills!

Looking forward to more styles from you SIS! :yep:

i love the style, but not for me. i cant be having people cornrowing my hair, id be to nervous listening for hairs snapping while their braiding. to me a protective hair style is when i dont have to run my fingers in it in order to style, thus protecting my hairs.

Actually those are flat twists. They are the comeplete opposite of cornrows in the sense that no matter how tight you try to do them, it will not result in tightness on your head, only neatness. Also, the Shea butter used also moisturizes strands at the root to avoid any hair breakage while twisting. Not one hair broke due to twisting. :)
