Another PIC added TWA styles

I love my TWA, now that I can do a lil somthing to it..
I tried calling natrual salons to get twist but they charging too much money and even if i did get a style i would cowash it out anyway.. habit I guess. anyway I went to Youtube and learned how to twist my hair.
I can't wait to do other styles

The last pic is today with my girls. one going to dance and the other a BD party... long day
wow these twist are holding up .

thanks to Nichi I experimented on twistout aswell. and I love it. I am so proud of myself. ON TO THE NEXT ONE.
( I did not use the cantu shea, it was horrid)

OBTW the head band that I have on came from family dollar
2 for .99cents they are stretchy aswel ( luv them)

Girl, what video did you watch to get the twisting down. I have watched and watched and I still can't flat twist! It looks cute though!

I love the styles!!! They are so cute. Imma copy this 'cause my TWA does get booorrrring.

Thanks for the inspiration.

i like it a lot. good job. youtube is a treasure isn't it? Its cute how one of your daughters is your twin and the other is your hubby's (from the pics you've posted of him).

i too learned to flat twist through youtube and prior to that, I swore it was the hardest thing ever. Tehn i thought cornrowing was, but youtube taught me that too. I think you have enough hair to do a full on twist out, twist to the ends and let dry over night and fluff for a cute look.

Beautiful! I can't wait to take these braids out and learn how to flat twist my own hair! Its gonna be on!

I'm so glad you found some styles to rock your TWA! Thats the versatility natural hair allows!

oh thanks Nichi, girl I will try hat tonight. I just took out flat twist and cw so i now have a fresh head to work with. what products should i used to do the twistout. I only have IC gel, cantu shea butter, and some kemi oil.

here what frustrated me finding people on youtube with my 4c type hair. it is one thing to do styles, but another when you see how the style looks on a person with your hair type. so i decided when serching youtube to type in search bad styles for 4c short natrual hair type instead of natrual hairstyles... and BAM .......da da da da da I'm luving it :)

i use a shea butter mix to do all my styling. Actually, that's all I use in my hair now. Nothing else. I'd say use the cantu mixed with the kemi oil. I dont think you really need the gel, unless you want to. I haven't use the cantu before, but what is the consistency? My shea butter mix is kinda thick, like the consistency of guacamole which I feel is significant for styling.
