WEAVE HELP!

Hi! I'm pretty new here. I've been lurking for a while and decided to finally subscribe (I know shame on me, but I just graduated from school with no job... So I don't like spending money...) ANYWHO I'm trying to get a weave.

I'm natural, 3C/4A hair, VERY thick. I wish I had a picture to show you what it looks like now, but unfortunately I don't .

I want to get a weave, but not a full head. What type of hair would you all recommend so that I don't have to really straighten my natural hair but could blend with a twistout of the hair that's out, or something like that...

Ediese is one of our members who is semi-famous for her kinky curly weaves. I would suggest looking her threads/fotki up and browsing.

If you're 3c/4a, you'll probably wanna go with BoBraz (Bohyme Brazilian Wave) or if you want something a little more top-of-the-line, there is AAMH (allaboutmyhair.com) kinky curly or RHO (realhairexclusive.com) KC. BoBraz will probably be your best bet, since it is the least expensive and you said you don't like spending money. However, with the proper care, it should last you at least a few months. Research these to get a feel for how they look, wear and tear, maintenance, etc.
