In the last episode of her reality show, she wears her real hair and states that its all hers when her cousin makes a snide remark about it.

I was wondering if anyone else had seen this. LisaRaye has beautiful, long, healthy looking hair. The wigs she wears are often shorter than her real hair. She spoke about it and said that she just likes the versatility of wigs. I watched it on the tvone website if anyone feels like searching for it but I don't have time to go back and look for it myself right now.

That video was posted in Feb of 2008 and there's no telling when it was actually recorded.
If you're watching the show a lot of the shots when she's at home it is her real hair (and she's not wearing makeup). W/out the makeup you can see what she really looks like and she does look like Da Brat or rather they definitely resemble each other. She wears wigs for fun and because in her line of business people like to switch it up and match hair with their outfits. Of course I have a cousin who does this also and she's not in entertainment - she just loves wigs.

I've noticed that. Not all the time but a lot of times, I have noticed her hair. I believe her hair in the front to be pretty long so I'm sure the back is just as long. And her mom's hair, who looks to be about bsl herself.
