I new it was a Miami hair style as soon as I watched the video. If you live in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, those hair styles are common. I've seen crazier hair then that. A few months ago, I saw a lady walking around with bright orange and jet black hair BUT it was not Halloween.

WHAT?? People allow these clowns to walk the streets? Well, it is no wonder our clear folk act the way they do toward us.....
