Your almost there, like everyone else said.
Where your at now is my goal length. You hair is lush and beautiful enjoy it , with the Summer growth spurt coming with TLC you should be there by Summer's end definitely by year end. You grow girl!!

I agree...It looks like your natural waistline may be higher....(Mine is lower
) so I think you marked your WL correctly
