Thank you so much Neek and C(squared) . I don't have a set reggie (as in this is what I do Monday etc.). I co wash at least 3x per week with Vo5 strawberries and cream or Trader Joes nourish spa (luuuurve this stuff). If I'm wearing a WNG I add shea moisture curl smoothie to my wet hair and seal with olive oil or shea moisture milk. For Puffs I do the same thing and put eco styler on my edges. If I'm doing a twist out I use the shea moisture or elasta qp mango butter on wet/damp hair and seal with shea butter. I wash once every few weeks with my shikaki bar. That's it! Oh, I re-moisturize every other day if I don't co wash.
