1st Flatiron in 7 mths (PICS)

Hey ladies,

I decided to round brush my hair for the first time last wknd and I really like the results ( I have a pic in my album). I really was itching to see what my hair looked like straight since I have dyed it black a few mths ago. Well I cut my hair after watching a few you tube videos. I cut about 3 inches from the sides and crown area. I also cut some side sweep angled bangs. As for the back I cut about 2 inches away from my length. I tried chi safe gaurd for the first time with my favorite staple for straightening, chi serum as a final polish. I was afraid that my hair would look really short since I had cut so much but I was pleasantly surprised with the results

thank you!! for the past 7 mths i have either been wearing buns or wash n go's. when i bun i wash once per wk with shampoo and cowash every other day however when i wash n go i cowash every day. my staples are aphoghee and my new love is thermasilk condition ooh yummy i just want to eat it! lol as for moisturizers i use mango butter everyday when i wear ps. if i want to keep my bun wet i will typically use hawaiin silky 14 n 1. and i thought it was going to look real short but it didnt so i guess it wasnt what i suspected which is a good thing i am probably going to wear it straight for a while before i go back to no heat.
