I am hoping to revamp my regimen in that department. Winter is wreaking havoc on my hair, and all this non-washing makes my hair dry and stinky (my hair sweats a lot:look:)

Let me know what u do!

Either Bee Mine Shampoo - natural & organic won't strip
or
Cream of NAture shampoo
or
Matrix So Sleek

I also have liked Aussie Moist but stopped using it because I wasn't a big fan of the fragrance.

I use Sally's Quantum clarifying shampoo when I need to clarify from co-washing. It's the only clarifying poo I've ever used that didn't leave my hair a wreck.

First I clarify with a diluted ACV rinse (a la kimmaytube), then I use diluted Giovanni 50/50. It leaves my hair soft, clean and not at all stripped.

ETA: I no longer do this. I've stopped using ACV all together after seeing a Kimmaytube vid that showed that even a small amount of ACV can be harsh. Instead of trying to figure out a "safe" proportion of ACV to water, I just started using something else. I tried Elucence and love it!! I use their Clarifying poo once a month and Moisture Benefits poo weekly (when I'm not in braids). I've been using this for a few months now and my hair loves it.

Chagrin Valley shampoo bars. love them.

I just got some and really like them! I too had cut out shampoo for a long time now (except periodically when I wanted a thorough cleansing), but I miss "poo" and this turns out to be a great alternative to harsh detergent shampoos and satisfies my need for clean :)

Dominican Shampoo from roundbrushhair - Apretol Cinnamon and Rosemary Shampoo doesn't leave my hair dry
When I need a really deep clean Herbal Essence Degunkify Tingly Deep Cleaning Shampoo

previously I had bruts bee's moisturing shampoo...now I have aubry organics moisturing shampoo...I've used various conditioners...

Kimble Peppermint Cream Shampoo. And Nizoral because my scalp hates me. I flip between the two.

Creme of Nature Shampoo

Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Herbal Shampoo

Most of all though, ACV rinses have really changed my hair and scalp for the better this winter

I use Chagrin Valley shampoo bars, and Apple Valley Natural Soap Shampoo Bars. I've also used Donna Marie Latherlicious Shampoo and that was great.
