So since I started my HHJ @ LHCF these are the tools I have amassed. I'm a keep it simple girl so I try to use seamless combs and tools and a few products that work. Just wanted to share. :wink2:

These are great for keeping my hair up out of the way and to hold a wrap set.

For detangling dry hair.

For detangling in the shower w/ conditioner

4.
For wrapping detangled hair... gentler than a fine tooth comb or boar bristle brush.

Thanks so much for sharing. I never know what comb or brush to use for what.

You're a smart cookie for having seamless tools for your different hair processes! I ordered that #2 detangler, and wow, I am loving it!

Hi, Thanks for the post OP. I'm trying to go totally seamless as well. May I ask, what kind of brush is #4?

I took a look at one of my vent brushes just a few hours ago and there were tiny shards of plastic sticking up though the bed of it and out of it that had such huge potential for destruction that I almost gasped in horror! Shame on you Scunci brand. Selling that garbage. That can't be good for Anyone's hair.

Could've been a touch of newbie PJism:lachen:... I bought the bone comb first ( pre LHCF )and loved it but then I saw a thread about an LHCFer who used it continually on wet hair and the natural material of #2 comb swelled cracked and ripped out her hair (:eek2:).

So I keep #2 at my vanity and got #3 to keep in the shower.

I actually have 3 seamless combs in total. I have a fine tooth one for roller sets.:p

Plus I found I had to oil teeth of #3 comb while #2 is like a good old cast iron pan the older and better seasoned it is the better it works.

Works for me.:cool2:

(Good question)
:lachen::lachen::lachen:

I plan on ordering #3 or the Mini version (once everything is back in stock :drunk:) ...

How often do you have to oil it?
How/What kind of oil?
What made you decide to oil it?

Seamless is the new hot topic...I know I just bought some myself, thanks to this and a couple of other threads! But its a great move I wish I had made a long time ago. Thanks OP...I need to invest in some of those clips like #1 now!
