But wouldn't your hair grow that much anyway in 2 1/2 months without MN or WGO? I think we are giving growth aides too much credit here.

actually no because my hair never grew that fast at all. My hair would only grow .5 an inch

It looks like a little over an inch of growth. So you would've been there anyway.

I'd actually throw in my lot with *CherryPie*...it does look like a little over an inch.
If your hair was growing .5 a month before growth aids, you'd be here regardless. If you never noticed the jump in overall length before, that might be more due to you not being able to retain what you grew. But since you were in braids and presumably took care of your hair in the braids, you probably were better able to retain, and therefore, could see your growth reflected in your overall length.

I'm not knocking your GAs, or saying that they don't work. I believe they work to an extent. I'm just agreeing with *CherryPie*, that sometimes, they get credit where they shouldn't.

In any case, it's good progress...hardly matters how you got it. Congrats!

Yeah I have been using that before I put in braids and actually it got my hair growing and thickened it up.
