And everything went very smoothly butmy relaxed ends feel rough, the natural hair feels great. And the other thing is relaxed hair is tangly. it not breaking.

Before I straigthened yesterday I did a hot oil treatment with coconut oil and an aloe hot oil tx from sallys. I did a D/C after with the GVPO version of The detangler/wheat germ oil/aloe vera gel/honey/jojoba oil then shampoo'd with aveda smooth infusion twice and used the smooth infusion conditioner rinse after 2 minues. Then leave in/heat protectant blow dry and straighten.

I DC every wash and I don't have this problem when I wet set. Would love some input.
 
Try Porosity Control or an ACV rinse. This will help close the cuticle thus making your hair less rough.
 
thanks. I just saw that the Sally's near me carries it now.
 
I'm transitioning and when my ends start to tangle I usually need to trim
