I just purchased 9 Moisture Blocks by Sabino on ebay for only 90 dollars!!!:bouncegre:band::trampolin

Can someone please tell this company that their old formula is BETTER than their so called " new and improved". Is it me or does the old Moisture Block do a better job?

That's what I've been hearing. I've never used it but on here I've heard people raving about the old formula.

'K, I just bought three. I hope they have a long shelf life. And that a little really does go a long way because 3 oz isn't a lot and we all know how thick natural hair can be!

A little WILL go a long way! I feel as if I have a years supply!!! Just look up Moisture Block on ebay and you will see that the seller still has groups of 9. And BTW, its the SAME COMPANY THAT MAKES IT that is selling their old bottles on ebay!!! Also check amazon.com

I'm STILL working on my very first bottle of Sabino MB, and I have more in my stash. A little goes a very long way (which is why I'm STILL on my first bottle). :)

Dang! Even they know the new formula does not work.

I have 2 1/2 bottles... and wont be purchasing again... My hair heats up too high with SMB on the hair....... I experimented... and noticed that my hair was much HOTTER when I flat ironed with it on my hair; I lost alot of hair ( shedding right out, thinness, etc....:nono:... without it.... much less heat.... I use it only when I will NOT flat iron my hair...

 sooo that's why I couldn't find the old bottle when I was searchin for it before..Thanks OP..

Good question... do you plan on selling some of those bottles on here? I can't see needing 9 bottles of SMB.

I don't care for the stuff... it makes my hair smell like a dude's cologne.

My hair gets frizzy with their "new and improved" Loc and Blok. But their old formula is a keeper! Hopefully in two weeks when I get paid again, they will still be selling it on ebay... at this point I am going for a lifetime supply! lol lol

ps.. this product is GREAT if your a natural and you get your hair rollerset and the roots blowed out! I dont see the results so much if I do a wash n go, but if I get my hair rollerset with Moisture Block, I dont have to worry about rain or anything else!

I got nine too. I found a source that has the original ridiculously cheap. At least, they told me it's the original. I'll wait until my order arrives to confirm, and then I'll link for you ladies. :yep:

I just started using Lok & Blok on my 4b virgin hair. Today is February 8th and I haven't flat ironed my hair since January 30th! My hair is still bone straight even though I am a heavy exerciser and I typically work out 4 days a week.

:grin:Good to hear it works for someone. The old formula was way too heavy for my hair. I could only use it for straight hair for a ponytail otherwise my hair was heavy and coated.

Victor says it will take about 3 tries until you figure out the right amount of Lok & Blok to use for your hair. January 30th was my 2nd attempt and I think I've got the right amount down (see my thread here: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=436586)

Problem is - I need to use so much of L&B because my hair is so thick! Sabino will be makin a killin' off of me because I need so much L&B just to achieve these results!

But now that they're selling the old moisture block so cheap on ebay, I may stock up like the OP and just use that!

If you selling them I'm willing to buy the two new ones.
