Hiya, I'm 18 and I've been on my healthy hair journey since August 2008, lurking this site and many others in my quest to grow my long hair, instead of forever having shoulder length hair. This journey has been very up and down, and unfortunately I still haven't reached my first goal of armpit length yet, but I guess I must not give up. I'm relaxed/texlaxed, but possibly giving up the relaxer and going natural, my last touch up being August 2009.

Anyway, my first question. I'm gonna try my first half wig as a styling option, and I saw some lovely ones on blackhairspray. However, being the naturally picky person I am, I'm so stuck between three particular ones:

http://www.blackhairspray.com/product-p/outreqslis.htm
http://www.blackhairspray.com/product-p/outreqssab.htm
http://www.blackhairspray.com/product-p/outreqstam.htm

I love the look of all three and think they would suit me. However, I'm just not sure which to choose! What do you think? Which one do you prefer? Your opinions would be much welcome, thank you :D

I like Sabina, But Tammy does look great on the ladies I see them on, not so much the model!

I hate the crinkly-curl wigs. The fact that you are texturized will match very well with the Sabrina (or the second one). Good luck!

You know what? I am feeling warm towards Tammy myself, it's got that slightly fuzzy tousled look like my real hair. Hmmm, gonna leave it some time to decide, but thanks for the replies ladies

If I was you, I would read the reviews on hairsisters.com of these wigs. The ladies that review the wigs are very helpful. I usually read the reviews to help me decide and then I go purchase the wig from blackhairspray.........lol

Alot of the ladies not only have pics but also have videos. Even though I loathe youtube, there is a diva on there that is fantastic about giving reviews of wigs, half wigs and lacefronts. Her page is called Many Faces of Beauty .She is from New York and she a great resource. Here is the link to her site:http://www.youtube.com/user/muffinismylovers

I  Sabina, but since you have so much new growth, maybe Tammy would work better to blend with your natural hair. :yep:

Thanks for the link, I'll have a look at that youtube page :yep:

I like Sabina, but if Tammy matches your hair better, I'd definitely go with that one since it'll blend better with less work and probably end up looking more natural on you.

That's it, I'm gonna take the plunge and purchase Tammy. I may get a different one at a later time, but this is mine for now. Thanks for the help, ladies :D

Hmm, I gonna have to rethink that, shipping is rather pricey :S . $37.26 is the lowest, plus the price of the wig, which is $16.99. Anyone know where I can get it a bit cheaper (I live in the UK)?
