out shopping need help please!

For you ladies that used refined avocado oil are you seeing good benefits from it. I'm tired of paying for shipping and handling because I can't find it anywhere in Houston!

I honestly don't know...I remember some other lhcf'ers saying that they bought this and some other hard to find oils from there

They sell refined avocado oil at the Whole Foods in Houston. If you're looking for unrefined though ... I don't know where/if they sell it.

So far, I'm liking the refined ... but then again, I've never tried unrefined.

No they don't have it at whole foods. I just left Betsys health foods on 1960 and they gave me a card and said if I don't find it, they would order me some on monday when they place their order.

I've never used the oil, but I love the butter and avocado butter does not come unrefined, but it still works amazingly. I'm sure the oil might do the same, but don't quote me on that. If it's the right price, I say try it out anyway.

Oh my God! Fiesta has everything. The few times I've been in here I've never come to this section. I haven't found the avocado oil yet. But they are a mini whole foods over here.
