I'm familiar with all of the makeup gurus on YouTube but are you ladies subscribed to any channels with great hair care and styling vids? Pls share!

I personally love Kimmaytube. She brings hair care down to the scientific level while maintaining creativity and simplicity. She also features some of her styles. She's definitiely what I would call a natural hair guru in my opinion.

I second the kimmaytube reccomendation. Some people don't love her demeanor (just a warning!) but I think her series on pH is really important, particularly for anyone who is interested in making their own haircare products. She's had amazing growth on 4a hair and has some very cute protective styles too. I watch taren916 mostly to gawk at her gorgeous curls, though she has a much looser curl than do I.
