You guys were right about leave-ins

yes, we need leave-ins. my hair only stayed moist for 2 days. today is thursday and my hair is LITERALLY like STRAW. AHHH. when i use a leave-in my hair stays softer almost all week. I've learned my lesson.

I hope this doesn't sound dumb but...........How exactly do you do a leave in? Also, how do you do a protein treatment?

hey welcome to LHCF...

When she said leave-in she meant a leave in conditioner...One of the ones I use is Neutrogena Tripple Moisture Silk Touch leave-in conditioner...it keeps your hair very moisturized...

And a protien treatment is used when you are experiencing breakage...it stops the breakage...and prevents more....I do it once a month...I use Aphogee protien treatment for damaged hair...what i do is i wash my hair...put on the protien treatment and sit under the dryer for a while...until it gets hard...than i rinse it out and DEEP Condition my hair...

And yes leave ins are the best...lol..I dont know what I would do without my NTM!!!
