It's been a year since I cut off my relaxer, and almost two years since I had started transitioning. I just wanted to post a before and current photo of my hair now.

Sorry they are so big guys. I've cut it a few times to get rid of the shag shape in the beginning picture.

Wow! Great job :) what is your reggie?

You're going to laugh! I use kinky curly shampoo and conditioner (using that until I finish it up). I also use Sauve coconut shampoo, v05 moisture milk, and herbal essence in the red bottle.

I usually wear my hair natural in a ponytail. Sometimes I wear a claw clip but the ponytail is the easiest.

Congrats on your progress! looks like we've been on our HHJ about the same length of time I transitioned as well

Thanks everyone! It would have been a bit longer but I cut it myself so as it started growing out I would cut to mask the uneven areas. But they are almost caught up. When not flat ironed my hair is chin length but it shrinks a bit. But straightened my hair is from chin length to about 2 inches past shoulder length. I'm thinking probably by the end of the year I'll be getting close to bsl.

I'm going to keep the layered look for now because it's pretty as it grows longer, I didn't like it when it was short though.
