is what I want to be saying. Someone please tell me how to thicken my hair. I need to know what to use, how to use it, and when to use it?

Castor oil is known to thicken the hair. You could do hot oil treatments, add it to your pre poos and deep conditioners, as well as use it to seal moisture from leave ins for additional TLC. Panthenol is supposed to give the appearance of "plumping" the hair. Look for leave-ins that contain panthenol. Rusk Smoother and S-Curl both contain it. ;)

I've noticed my hair's a little thicker since I've started using the black castor oil. I've been leaving it in on my ends though.... makes it look a lil rough BUT I don't have nearly as much breakage/shedding.

Anybody got any ideas for what works internally to fix this? When I was drinking carrot juice on a regular basis, that seemed to help, but since I've slacked off...so has my hair's thickness.

My aunt has stopped using it on a regular basis, after a year of use every other night. Female pattern baldness runs in our family. She had a bald spot at the top of her head that was hard to cover. Now, she gets so many compliments from people who saw the before and after transformation.
